You Asked for It – More Flexible Student Paired Language Lab Activities

Paired conversation practice is widely used in Virtuoso™ language labs. SANS has received customer feedback (from your peers) requesting that paired students be able to record a speaking activity, then listen to their recordings, review their work, and then re-record their conversation while still paired. We’ve listened, and are happy to report that this capability in now availablein the latest version of the Virtuoso software. Want to know more about this? Looking for “Back to School” authentic content videos in the target language? Sandy Hayward suggests Google advanced video search, Try using a language and country other than English to compare. For example, for novice students you may want to search – School supplies in Mexico (Spanish) and Germany (German). Keep students focused on skill acquisition with NCSSFL-ACTFL Can Do Benchmarks .
