CTS is a certified US reseller of SANS Language Lab products, with SANS Inc. holding exclusive licensing rights to SANS LIVE and the Virtuoso Language Learning Systems. With over 40 years of experience, we remain dedicated to supporting our customers. Our service area includes Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, parts of Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia.

Douglas F. Rice
Principal
Doug is one of the entrepreneurs who created CTS in 1974 and has continued to encourage its growth throughout the years. As a Naval Veteran he takes great pride in his work and strives to keep his customers happy. He and his wife Sandy reside locally with their two Labrador Retrievers and keep busy with their 11 grandchildren!
James M. Hannon
Principal
Jim is one of the entrepreneurs who created CTS in 1974 and continues to support its growth and stability. With his analytical mind and attention to detail CTS and its customers can feel safe in his hands. Jim lives locally with his wife and two Bernese Swiss Mountain dogs
Justin Rice
Service Technician
Justin has over 20 years with CTS and continues to educate himself and serve his customer’s needs. He is an avid runner and enjoys going to his daughter and son’s sports events. He and his wife, Sue, reside locally with their two children.
Sandra Rice
Business Manager
Sandra has been with CTS since its inception 40+ years! She has extensive knowledge of CTS in all areas. She resides with her husband, Doug, in Connecticut and enjoys her two black labs and her 11 grandchildren!
William Rice
William is a junior in college studying business, bringing energy and dedication to helping our customers with their needs. When he's not solving problems, you'll find him out fishing, exploring hiking trails, or enjoying good times with friends-always seeking new adventures on and off the clock.
Alyssa Rice
Alyssa is our energetic graduate who keeps the office running smoothly. When she's not assisting customers and tackling essential tasks, you'll find her at the gym, enjoying time with her family, or finding new recipes to make at home.
CTS is always there for us and responds very quickly to all our questions and technical needs. Having CTS personnel available in a moment's notice and work with our on-site technicians are important and useful steps.
